The Nyama Braai Experience is our take on the age-old South African tradition of gathering around the fire to cook, connect and celebrate together. It’s where smoky flavours meet good company, laughter, and a glass (or two) of something cold.

What Is a Braai?
In South Africa, “to braai” is so much more than just a BBQ — it’s a way of life.
It’s about slowing down, sharing stories, and cooking together over real fire. Flames, friends, and food — that’s what it’s all about.

At our BBQ Room in Ipsden (OX106AS), we bring that same spirit to life.
You and your guests will step behind the grill with our chefs, learning the art of open-fire cooking as you braai, slice, and season your own feast.

Peruvian-style Whole Free-Range Chicken from the wood-fired BBQ, served with Aji Verde
Tomahawk Steak, char-grilled and carved at the fire, served with Argentine chimichurri
