Hi Johannes,

I would just like to thank you and your team for such a brilliant evening for my 60th birthday celebration.

David was made to feel very welcome, when he came in to do his lighting and music thing. Then my friends all arrived by taxi and had no idea where they were coming to, as they weaved in and out of the storage facilities. Their faces were a picture when they arrived in the tasting room. They were really bowled over.

The canapes were absolutely delicious, just the right size and perfect for us all standing around catching up. David upgraded the prosecco to champagne. I'm not normally a champagne drinker but I have to say that was very good. I also loved the pinot grigio - I didn't try the red. I had no headache the next day so the wine must have been very good quality :) The main was absolutely fantastic, it was lovely seeing all the tomahawk steaks hung up over the grill when we first came in - everyone was fascinated by the way it was cooked and smoked. Dessert was excellent and a lovely cheese board after. The evening went so quickly, I couldn't think of a better way of celebrating.

Please let us know what we owe you for the champagne, I have no idea how much we all drank but happy to settle the extras.

Please also pass on our thanks to your team that were on that night, they really looked after us.
