A Warm, Flavourful Welcome
As your guests arrive, they’re greeted with a selection of our signature BBQ bites and playful canapés, floated through the crowd on rustic wooden platters by our friendly team. It’s relaxed, social and instantly sets the tone for the celebration ahead.

Once everyone’s settled, we turn up the heat — literally.

Your main meal is cooked over real flames, with wood-fired aromas drifting through your venue and our chefs carving, roasting and grilling in full view. Slow-roasted joints, flame-kissed cuts and vibrant sides come together to create a feast that feels generous, abundant and wonderfully celebratory.
