Slow Roasted on the Spit
Nothing draws a crowd quite like a spit roast. Whether it’s hog, lamb, chicken or venison, the slow-turning rotisserie turns any cut of meat into the star of your event. At Nyama, we’ve been perfecting the art of spit roasting for more than 20 years. We use either traditional wood fire or our specialist gas rotisseries, depending on venue layout and event size. Whatever the setup, you can trust that your roast is in the hands of experienced pitmasters who know exactly how to get that signature Nyama flavour.
And it’s not just the meat that gets all the love. We take pride in pairing our roasts with homemade sauces and sides, all freshly prepared on the day. Very few hog roast caterers still make their apple sauce and stuffing from scratch—we always do. It’s all part of our obsession with serving vibrant, fresh, handcrafted BBQ food that you can genuinely taste the quality in.
