A day in the field deserves a feast that’s every bit as memorable as the sport itself. At Nyama, we bring our signature BBQ flair to the great tradition of the British game shoot – think fire, smoke, bold flavours and a hearty dose of hospitality. From dawn breakfasts to elevenses on the peg and a celebratory shoot lunch, we make sure every moment is fuelled in style.

 

What We Do
Our Shoot Catering menus are designed to keep guns, guests and beaters properly looked after throughout the day. Everything is cooked over real fire or served fresh from the field kitchen, creating a truly immersive dining experience.

 

Breakfast

To start: floated Colchester oysters or something equally indulgent.

Rolled pork belly with apple sauce & mustard
Surf & turf (picanha steak & lobster tail)
