Our mobile setup brings that authentic Italian pizzeria energy straight to your event — complete with blistered crusts, bubbling cheese and the unmistakable smoky flavour that only real wood fire can create.
Our dough is made using traditional Italian artisan methods, allowing it to ferment slowly for depth of flavour and the perfect light, airy base. We top our pizzas with fresh, high-quality ingredients, sourced locally wherever possible, to keep everything vibrant, simple and delicious.
From timeless classics to bold modern combinations — and even our legendary wood-fired nachos — every pizza is cooked at high heat for that perfect balance of melted cheese, soft centre and gently charred edges.
We also happily cater for vegan and gluten-free guests, ensuring everyone can enjoy a slice (or three!) of the good stuff.
