Hi George,

Apologies for the delayed response - I have been taking a break from emails / admin since the wedding haha.

First of all, please send our biggest thanks to the team we had at our wedding a few weeks ago - they were all so lovely, and did such a fantastic job! Not only were they professional and courteous, but they were also so warm and accommodating. I had comments from multiple of my guests at how much they enjoyed chatting with the team; learning about the BBQ set up and getting to know them. We also couldn't get over how hard working they were, from the early set-up, to the late night pizzas, they were real troopers!

Secondly, the food was INCREDIBLE. All of us were blown away by how delicious the Asado was. All of the meats were mouth-watering, and the sides were amazing too. I also had tears of joy from my vegetarian guests when they saw not only that they had multiple options (instead of one sad veggie risotto like you see at many weddings), but that there was so much of it as well. The ice cream stand was a big hit as well, and the pizzas were all really tasty and the perfect snack later in the evening.

My husband and I also really appreciated that the leftovers from the main meal were packaged up for us to take home. I had a slight concern about food waste when I saw the heaving piles of food, but was really pleased to see that nothing went to waste!

I absolutely wouldn't hesitate to book Nyama again for any future events, and will recommend you to anyone who asks. Thank you so much again to you and the whole team for helping us make our wedding such a special day!
