Dear George, I just wanted to thank you for your services on Saturday night at my birthday party. Tim was fab, turning up on time and getting everything sorted with no problems or worries and he was great with all my friends. The hogroast was delicious with a comment that it was the best hogroast they have ever had! Tim also took all the meat off and packed it so we could take it home and we have been feasting ever since!! My only regret was not having time to revisit after my first portion!!
