Hi George, I’m so sorry for the delay in replying; we got from from honeymoon last week and I went straight into a new job, so things have been manic!! I just wanted to say thank you so much for catering for us!!

The staff were so helpful at ‘going with the flow’, considering the weather was touch and go they were really great at working around everyone moving in and outside according to the weather. I also just wanted to mention their professionalism - the set up and set down was insanely well organised!! A massive thank you to them for all their hard work, and for coming to find me to double check if I had eaten before they started handing out seconds! The food was so tasty and we really loved seeing it all getting prepared there, it really added to the homely feel we wanted, and my South African family were very impressed!! A couple of them asked for the chimichurri recipe as well so I was wondering if there’s anyway we might be able to have that? Cheeky I know, but they loved it!!  The food was definitely one of the stand out parts of the wedding (and then the next day when I devoured a whole box of leftovers!!), as I can’t count how many guests complimented us on the food. Everyone seemed to love it, which is amazing, and they’re still talking about it now!! :) You’ve been so helpful from start to finish and we really couldn’t have asked for anything more from you, so a massive thank you again!!
