Quentin, our chef for the day was such a polite and lovely young man. He set up quietly and then offered to help my husband out a little with finishing off our preparations before our guests arrived at 5pm. He was professional throughout - the hog roast was delicious - so many great comments from our friends and family, during and after the event. I will definitely be recommending Nyama in the future.
