From the initial contact, choosing menus and arranging everything prior to the day – all excellent, helpful and professional. And then on the day with the strong winds, your staff were amazing! Friendly, helpful and professional again despite the bad conditions! And the food was really amazing! We had lots of compliments from our guests and a lot of them asked for your name. In particular the vegetarian dishes were very tasty – and you I’m sure know how sometimes vegetarians feel left out when it comes to dining choices. So thanks very much for everything.
