I just wanted to congratulate you on a wonderful braai, served yesterday for my grandson’s christening in Henley- on-Thames.  The food was delicious, just as I hoped it would be, but James, the young man who prepared and served it was excellent in every way.  Polite, efficient and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, and he cleared away afterwards with no sign that he had ever been there.  To have put all this together, cooked, served and cleared away so well afterwards was no mean feat, so please pass on my personal thanks to him for his wonderful effort.
