Winter Warmers
It’s a common British misconception that BBQ’ing should be contained to the Summer months. Can you not imagine anything finer than a roaring fire with primal smoky aromas on a crisp Winter's afternoon!?
In our humble opinion: A BBQ (preferably Wood Fired) should really be the extension of one's kitchen and not some rusting, cobwebbed bucket we roll out when the calendar signals BBQ Season… Of course, the blazing summer sun, beers, friends and the ubiquitous sausage, burger and well-done steak are great fun! But there's so much more to BBQing in terms of interesting, tasty food with a depth of flavour – and why reserve those pleasures for the Summer months alone?
At Nyama we’ve come up with a couple of truly delightful winter warmer menus to educate the masses on the absolute necessity of firing up the BBQ during the cooler Winter months.
