Slow Roasted on the Spit
BBQ Spit roasting is the perfect way to turn any piece of meat into the highlight of your event. Whether it is a Hog, Lamb, Chicken or even Venison, the slow turning rotisserie method ensures that the entire roast is cooked evenly and remains moist and delicious. And of course, it creates a great spectacle and most likely the centrepiece to your party.
At Nyama we slow spit roast our meat on either Wood Fire or on our specialist Gas Equipment. The specific roasting method will depend on a few factors (venue requirements, size of your event etc.). Rest assured though, we have more than 15 years experience in the art of Spit Roasting, so you know you are in very capable hands.
Not only do we know what we’re doing when it comes to the Pig Roast, but we also take pride in providing homemade sauces and sides to go with it. There’s not many Hog Roast Caterers that can claim they make their Apple Sauce & Stuffing from scratch on the day. At Nyama we have become totally obsessed with serving only homemade, freshly prepared side dishes alongside our BBQ’s and Spit Roasts. You can certainly tell the difference.
