Street Food Experience - Week 19: Algarvian
For this week we thought we'd try to get some seafood into the mix with a traditional Algarvian cataplana. It was VERY successful in the fact that the food was loved by all, but less successful in that profit margins on expensive fish options are always very slim. It was worth the amazing feedback we received though! Next week we are re-visiting Peru for some authentic Peruvian chicken: crisp, flavorful, smoke-kissed skin, juicy flesh, and a herbaceous, positively addictive green sauce that accompanies it.
