How to Roast 17 Hogs and Successfully Feed 2000 Rugby Fans!

Ok so this weekend we were round the Surveyors Sevens Tournament again. Only this time round we Roasted 17 x Hog Roasts (last year we did 10) and fed aproximately 2000 guests. This is no mean feat! Thanks to all our staff for yet another profesional service succesfully rendered.
