Dear George, As far as the food and service goes ... I recon it was OUTSTANDING!  The lamb was flavoured just perfectly and was cooked to perfection NOT too dry or under cooked! Food was served timeously and by a very cheerful and upbeat Hennie, who was over excited that he had driven through sleet in Reading! He also didn't give too much away in terms of the 'secret recipe'  of the marinade! The vegetarians commented that their meal was equally scrumptious! Most guests commented on how well the food was prepared too! So I think Nyama was definitely the best choice on this occasion. All the best with your future endeavours. Kind regards, Yashika
