Hi George,

Now the dust has settled, we just wanted to take the time to thank you and your team for the fantastic experience that was provided for our wedding reception in Fawley Hill.

The enthusiasm of your team was phenomenal - as though it was their first wedding. But the attention to detail and precision showed their combined years of experience and they made it look easy.

A few mentions in particular. Firstly to the chefs: the food was incredible and we don’t want that to just be a given! Everyone loved it. 

To the guys manning the bar (particularly the one wearing glasses, I’m afraid I’ve forgotten his name with everything going on): everything was carried out perfectly, the pimms was delicious, and their espresso martini making skills were certainly tested! There was such attention to detail which really made it for our guests. Nothing was forgotten and his organisation was top notch. It was very impressive.

To the serving staff, everyone was so enthusiastic and engaging. The guests loved it! Courtney made time to have a chat with us, and that personal touch was lovely!

And thank you George for answering all our questions and requests, no matter how basic or small! 

It is a shame we won’t be getting married again anytime soon, but will certainly pass on your details to anyone we know who is in need of a mega South African BBQ in their life.
