Hi George, We just wanted to say what a spectacular day we had on Saturday. Werner and the Nyama team were absolutely flawless and we couldn't have asked for better service, flexibility, staff and of course food. Our guests were amazed at how good everything was and my only regret was that neither of us made it to the hog roast in time to get any crackling. (We are told it was amazing though) You guys have been a delight to work with from beginning to end and if we're ever in need of catering again we know exactly who we'll come to. I remember there was a minimum spend of £1000 at the bar - while I was never in any doubt that we'd get to that I am a little curious to know how much you did get to. No problem at all if you can't tell me but I noticed people running for all they were worth to the bar after the big picture was taken and I am a little curious.
