It all went brilliantly on Saturday , your guys were brilliant ( one was a college friend of my youngest son!) All the guests were very complimentary and we even had some meat left over, which is now in our freezer apparently !  Daniel, our chef for the day, was exemplary. His communication, knowledge and manner were faultless. Many guests commented on the delicious hog roast and salads, all, very positive. Please pass on our thanks to the team for a job well done!
