What can I say, your team again excelled themselves and we had a fantastic evening.  I am sure your food gets better and better if that is possible.  One of the Senior Team from our parent company in the US was over and questioned whether there would be anything he could eat from the BBQ as he was a vegetarian.  After the BBQ he said that he had never had such great vegetarian options available from any caterer.  The evening finished with a spontaneous round of applause for your team!


Why would I use anyone else.  The reflected glory I receive from these events is wonderful!

PS a little favour.  Could you let me know how you make the salmon and sea bass ceviche and also the halloumi, watermelon and mint- is the halloumi marinated or is it simply but on the BBQ.  Quite delicious.
