I wanted to say just how much we enjoyed your food.  It was spectacular. If I had been a better planner, we would have had more space between our reception and  your food.  Alas events were running a bit late earlier which then meant people weren't hungry as they should have been.  I also apologise for my not being more present and available to you.  I trust this has happened to you before.
We're so very grateful for your highly organised services and absolutely amazing food.
