Hi George. You beat me to it, I was going to email you today to say how fantastic our Venison spit roast was. From start to finish the boys were brilliant, setting up and clearing away, no fuss nor mess. The Venison was truly delicious,  not only did it look good cooking and the smell was divine, but it tasted fantastic.  All the salads were a great hit, especially the Durban Curried Banana Salad !
