Hi Johannes, We had a lovely party yesterday, thank you. All of your staff were friendly and efficient and stayed smiling throughout despite the pouring rain.  We very much enjoyed the food and all of our guests commented on how tasty it was.  Having the platters and sorbet during the afternoon kept everyone happy and then the main bbq looked and tasted great. I particularly liked the fish and the pineapple skewers. Apologies for not sending the payment through earlier, I have now done that online. Thank you for all of your help in organising the menu and catering so well for the different dietary needs.  And please pass on my thanks to the team who did such a great job yesterday.
