Hi George, sincere apologies in the delay in responding I took a much needed week off after all the crazyiness of the event. Just wanted to thank you so much for everything and both the guys you sent were absolutely lovely!  We served 212 people and we ran out of absolutely all the sides, including the vegetarian option our young people made. The food was absolutely glorious too so many compliments from all the residents.  We'll be definitely having you back next year.
