Dear George, Firstly just want to say thank you to all of you guys, from Werner to yourself to Johannes and Arno, you guys all went over and beyond to make the day run smoothly. You handled all the last minute covid disruptions and overall the guests loved the food. They loved it to the point that Sameer (my groomsman and one of my closest friends) would be interested in having you guys at his wedding in October. I'll leave him to explain all his plans to you. You guys even managed to make Asians eat "medium" steak so that is a stellar success! Many thanks again
