Hi George, Dean was exceptional, he kept me informed all day long of what was happening and was in total control. Many of the guests have commented on how friendly and helpful he was. Added to this, the food was quite simply delicious. The excitement on our guests faces with full plates of ribs is one I won't forget. Feedback from them was overwhelmingly positive. Some suggested it's the best wedding food they've ever had, quality and quantity!!! I must mention how slick the operation was. The team were friendly and wonderfully helpful!! We will recommend you to anyone and everyone. Our only disappointment is that we didn't order the ice cream.... 😀 Please pass my thanks to dean!  Many thanks Mike and Jess
