I just wanted to take a minute or two to drop you a note to say thank you for the absolutely fantastic catering on Sunday. A lot of people commented on how big a shift you and your team had to put in in order to get everything done, and that in itself is commendable. However, having previously fancied myself as a moderately competent BBQ / Braai exponent, I now know that in fact I am still in kindergarten, and I need to go back to school in order to be able to have any chance of keeping up with the professionals such as you.

One guest commented to me that "this is the best party catering I have ever eaten", whilst I would go so far as to say that your food was up there with some pretty posh steakhouses / charcoal grill restaurants I've ever been to (and I have been to a few, not just in the UK.....).

Of equal importance though was that both Georgina and I hugely appreciated your flexibility in finding a solution that worked in the covid environment. I knew beyond any reasonable doubt that we were onto a good thing when your staff started to clean the tables in the tent for us, which weren't even your responsibility.

In short, huge thank you from our side - your contribution helped make it a great celebration and we are very, very grateful as a result. I hope we have a chance to work our way through some more of your menu in the future as a result.
