Johannes. Just to let you know your guys did a fantastic job yesterday. Great team! Super-efficient and tidy. Also, very friendly and hardworking. The food was unbelievable, and even better than last time. The small desserts were a much better idea. We also liked the pita bread instead of rolls/bread. The meats were perfect and salads delicious. Jam-jars all went down well. I think I had three! Thanks for the champagne and wine. Looking forward to having you up North again next year. Len
