Dear George, A very BIG Thank you for my fantastic BBQ. The food was delicious and certainly plentiful. All the staff were delightful and charming, really really nice. People were raving about the food. The bar staff that was left were so helpful and sweet. As I told you before I am a bit of a control freak and I watched them very closely setting up and all my worries vanished. I did not have a worry in the world.
