We (and our guests thought you guys were really great.) Matthew was so professional, simply got on with everything, and produced the delicious goods at the suitable moment. It was a shame James' vehicle broke down as he wasn't able to set up the initial drinks and help serve that "first rush" when people arrive. however when he got there,it was fine, and he helped clear the plates etc fantastically (I asked him to only clear after the whole table had finished eating etc.) I think there will be business generated from the day, it was so good, THANK YOU.
