Hi George. Booking procedure was hassle-free, you were flexible with numbers and ok with a smaller group which enabled us to go ahead.  Payment all straightforward and quick.  Tone of emails friendly and company generally very easy to deal with.  On the day Arno and Jerry were friendly, efficient, undemanding and unobtrusive.  They obviously had everything down to a fine art and set up quickly and efficiently, and just got on with things.  They didn't seem to mind if people ambled over and asked questions.  The food was perfect for the occasion, everyone commented on how good it was and went back for more.  It was just different enough to be special but not so 'off the wall' that people were wary of trying things.  The twenty-somethings were also hugely impressed.  After eating, the guys collected up the plates and cutlery like ghosts - no-one even noticed they were doing it.  They boxed up all the leftovers which were sent to the 2 people who were unwell on the day and eagerly consumed by us and our grown up kids over the next day or so.   They cleared away in super quick time, said goodbye and were gone.  From my point of view I found the day pretty hard work even with your guys doing the brunt of it, making sure everyone had drinks, knew someone to chat to etc etc etc.  So it was good work on my part to get you involved.  We knew about Nyama from a braai we attended about 2 years ago at a work friend's house.  They were with us Sunday and enjoyed themselves just as much. It has been a pretty horrendous 10 months all round for our family, so hoping to draw a bit of a line under it and move on.  Thank you all so much for helping us to do that.
