Dear Johannes, We finished the lovely bread as toast this morning , all the guests have finally departed, and we are all feeling a little sad that it is all over, however we all have plenty of memories to make us laugh and smile and one of those will be you ( especially picking apples from the tree standing on a table ! ) , our supper and your fantastic team.   So a big thank you for all the care and attention you took to make everything work and run smoothly.
