Dear George, I just wanted to thank your chap (forgive me, I don’t think I got his name!), for the fantastic hog roast he cooked on Sunday for our son’s 18th Birthday. We were inundated with compliments about how juicy and flavoursome the Pork was, how perfectly cooked the crackling was, and how lovely it was to have ‘proper homemade’ apple sauce. Your guy was friendly, efficient, tidy and professional. There was so much meat left over that it was a joy to be able to plate it up and share it to friends when they went home…no one refused any!! When I was researching hog roast companies for the party, there were so many to choose from, but you stood out as having a competitively priced basic hog roast for up to £100 people which was what I was exactly looking for.
