Hi George. Just to say thank you all for making the catering side of our party so stress free, efficient and absolutely delicious - I have had so many great comments about the roast and it was spectacular to watch throughout the day. Hats off to Gerry who was brilliant! He had time for all the questions, lifted the lid without being asked and was genuinely friendly and a pleasure to have hanging around for 4 hours!!! It's a long day. My Mum has dementia and must have asked him the same question 3 times in as many minutes and he didn't bat an eyelid! She thinks he's lovely! And let him know that we rescued all the leftovers and it's all portioned up and in the freezer - including the pig's tail which I asked him to keep for my nephew, Callum and which I forgot about during the evening but Gerry clearly didn't.
