Hi George . We’re currently in Lyon, continuing our gastronomic experience!!! The food and service on Saturday were outstanding!  We had so many compliments from our guests on the food, needless to say nobody went hungry. We were super impressed by the whole team, it’s was a really slick operation. There were so many little things that added up to a great experience such as one of your young waiters advising us that he was there for anything we needed, identifying our niece with a nut allergy and having a chat with her mum, the bar staff plying me with shots and then one of your chefs who stepped up and helped our friend who nearly choked!!!  The news we hit the bar spend has now just made our day haha!
