We have left it far too long to thank you for your catering at James’ 60th on Sunday 28th August. Every single guest at the party raved about the food, and when I say every single guest, I really mean every single guest, and it wasn’t just a “the food was nice” it was properly drooling and loving every bite of food. The steaks were done to absolute perfection and with the little sprinkle of sea salt ... just divine , the perfect lamb chops and homemade chimchurry was utterly delicious and the piri piri chicken - simply out of this world, Nando’s at its original best doesn’t come close, neither does any of the places in Portugal where we have had piri-piri chicken. And my absolute favourite, and we fought over the leftovers - the cauliflower steak (what is the secret of that sauce..). All the vegetarian options were just outstandingly delicious and the salads on the side - perfection. The pudding of the chargrilled peaches and that lush brandy butter sauce - still dreaming about it.

Honestly, just awesome on every level! I am glad that we arranged our party date according to when you were available to cater, as I know you are so good, it will be near impossible to book you for future events as you will no doubt be fully booked months in advance.
