Hello George, Yes - thanks very much for catering for our wedding, it was wonderful. A lot of people commented on how great the food was, and I can think of no finer compliment about the evening cheese platters than the fact that I went tot get some after half an hour and it was all gone!! I particularly enjoyed the curried banana salad which had everyone talking, and the sosaties. The relaxed attitude the chefs had to the day, and openness to the way we wanted people to be served/self-served was absolutely perfect. It hit the perfect note for the day we wanted. Thanks also to your bar staff who admirably dealt with a long and busy set of very thirsty customers! Once again our thanks to you and the team for a wonderful day.
