Morning Johannes. I just wanted to say a very big thank you to Nyama for the outstanding job they did yesterday at our Holy Cross School Christmas Fair. Werner, Tim, Quentin and E (sorry I've forgotten how to pronounce his name!) were absolutely fantastic - friendly, professional and hard-working - a delight to be with. Werner suggested three food stations being set up (each serving the same food options) and this worked brilliantly and during the entire food from 11am to 3pm service there were no queues whatsoever. All the food was absolutely delicious. We were lucky to have been given an enormous hog so it fed a large quantity of people. Thank you. The Fair was a huge success and after the sleet first thing had cleared, the weather was kind to us and stayed dry, sunny (but chilly!) Please pass on my sincere thanks to the Nyama staff, very ably led by Werner, for a really fantastic job done yesterday - we look forward to welcoming you back again to another school function in the future.
