Great stuff - would definitely recommend. I think for minimal extra cost you could turn "great" to "superb" e.g. more salad items e.g. tomato / mozarella / pine nut and pasta etc. Why not include more authentic South African sauces to go with the meat? What about a marinade?
Chef was a really lovely guy.
