FurtherInfo: What an amazing evening!  I had both Afrikaans and English guests and both said the food was amazing, many commenting on the 'corny thingy' (mielietert) and loving it.  For many it was a new food experience such as the banana salad.  I still have people telling me how good the food was and that they would easily use Nyama for future events.

The 'braaiers' were amazing and helpful! They also know just how to get every piece of meat from the hog.  I opened for them and had to leave again - they set up and moved some tables for me and once we arrived we just put some chairs out and could get on with it.
