We were really happy with the professionalism with which George responded to and handled our requests and enquiries. He really listened to our needs and ideas, and came up with useful suggestions to meet our budget. We also came to the open day back in April - though we had already paid the deposit by this point - but we were reassured that the wedding would run smoothly having seen the staff, and serving style in action.
