Hi George. Apologies for not getting back to you sooner. We had so many guests staying either with us or at local pubs over the long weekend that we have only just said goodbye to the last person! It was a weekend to remember. Where do I begin? The most talked about topic of conversation throughout the whole event was the food. It was spectacularly good. Absolutely perfectly cooked meat – chicken that oozed juices and steak that was still so rare in the middle. It was completely delicious. The salads were fresh and tasty and the sauces were spicy and zingy. The perfect partners to the meat. The nibbles too where so delicious. I just wished I had ordered more evening food. I had underestimated how many people would stay on and whilst it was absolutely delicious and timed perfectly, quite a few people didn’t have any which was such a shame and my fault entirely. The staff were all utterly charming, kind, helpful, polite and professional. A total joy to have in my home on such a special day. It was absolutely brilliant and so relaxing to have no anxiety at all about the food being tasty, beautifully presented and fresh. Watching it all being made in the morning from scratch was lovely to see. The serving bowls too added to the table settings. I am so pleased that I chose the family feast as it kept the day feeling relaxed which is exactly what I wanted. I will be amazed if you do not get any follow up work from guests as it really did exceed everyone’s expectations of mass catering. The ease and fuss free way that everyone turned up at the start of the day was echoed at the end. Just quietly packed away, a good-bye and off, taking with them all the dirty dishes – heaven! I cannot thank you and your team enough. I would recommend you to anyone who appreciates good food and wants hassle free entertaining. With best wishes. Emma
