Johannes. I just wanted to say a huge thank you. What an amazing two events. Just spectacular - the team, the set up and especially the food. You made our week very special. The two teams were brilliant - Jaro came along twice so it was lovely to see a familiar face. With Werner and Dean with him, nothing was too much trouble! And the fact we got a whole hog was incredible thank you - it’s went down well for several days ! You will definitely see us again.

Ps the ciabatta rolls were an absolute hit with the kids who wee delight to learn they could melt their butters in the foil and then spread them without a knife ... let’s just say they might have had more than one each ... in fact some had three ! 
 
Pps a big thank you for the last minute addition for the Vegan’s - they were very happy
