We chose you because you offered large enough / enough lamb for 75/80 people, and the potatoes - most other spit roasts just offered bread. I didn't want sandwiches. Nice touch of the sauce - felt like some care had gone into thinking about it. This was absolutely perfect. We were so happy with the whole thing. The flexibility of just ordering the lamb and potatoes meant we could provide our own salads and plates/cutlery (we were on a serious budget) and you had no problem with this - some caterers would get sniffy about us not buying everything from them. Pre-event communication was excellent - professional and friendly. The chef was lovely, kept us informed, was flexible with timing when our vegetarian option needed a bit longer in the oven, and was really helpful packing up the leftovers. I had loads of people say how "amazing" the lamb was was, and two said it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. Thank you so much - we will recommend you!!!
