I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was working with you and your team. So professional; so smiley; so 'can do'; such fun listening to the banter while you set up and took down ...... brilliant job doing both by the way, thank you...; And SOOOO delicious! Great bar staff; great bars; Am sure I have forgotten many other positives - there were so many moving parts that day ..... a wedding we now discover is so much more than a party!

My only regret was we/the guests didn't get to see enough of the cooking theatre due to the weather and maybe not having enough time beforehand to work out best location for the Braai ...?  

So happy though - 10/10 for overall experience!
