Hey George. My apologies for not getting back to you sooner to say thank you for an awesome experience.  We could not find any fault with the service we had, it was fantastic.  The guys were great, and the braai was just outstanding.  We had a load of woers left - which is no surprise as there were a large amount of Brits at the party and they are always nervous when it comes to beef sausage for some reason. Just a quick question can you please let me have the recipes for the springbok skewers and the Salmon as several people have asked for it as they all think they were delicious.
