Flexibility to provide something to suit my budget and requirements. Major plus was that I could read good reviews online, and see all your necessary Health & Safety and insurance information easily online too. I have based the scores above on the feedback received by my guests. The sausages were a big hit, lots of people loved those. My guests were also very appreciative that the chef served indoors, so they didn't have to go out in the cold.
