I'm sorry we haven't had a chance to email you sooner - we are totally knackered! Who knew organising a DIY-wedding would be so incredibly tiring!? We would like to say a huge HUGE thank you to you and Jon and Hennie (? Sorry if I have got all their names wrong!) You guys did an absolutely Stirling job. Our guests have raved about the food continuously since! My only regret is that John and I were too busy to come and have a proper chat with you guys. The day just went so quickly; before we knew it, it was past midnight! Thanks for travelling all the way up from the South, I know it's a long way, but we really really appreciated it. The South African side of the family were very very impressed with the food, in fact I think basically everyone was blown away by the food. It was definitely one of the highlights of our day. Oh Gosh, the Miele tart!! I can't stop thinking about the Miele tart! Having been so suspicious about it before... And the springbok and prawn skewers were so delicious, along with the wood-smoked lamb. It's making me salivate thinking about all the food again. The 3-bean salad was also lovely, there was some left over which just meant we were able to have some for dinner last night. Win! Thank you so so much for all your help with the menu and all your hard work on the day. We hope encounter your food again sometime in the future..!! Much love, April & John xxx
