Hi George & Johannes, I will send you a proper card as soon as the dust has settled, but I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you for your excellent service at our wedding on Saturday. The food was exceptional, and the service that Johannes and team provided was beyond all our expectations. During our photos, one of your waitresses even jogged around the field to grab me and make sure I got a chorizo skewer - “I heard you hadn’t had had anything yet!! Have one!!”. I have had loads of comments from our guests about how delicious everything was, particularly from our gluten free friends who were blown away by the attention to detail and special care that was given to them during the evening pizza service. Oh also, you managed to ‘turn’ some vegan relatives of mine, who ended up chowing down on the lamb and brisket after a good couple of years of no meat/dairy/eggs - “It just looked too good, we had to try it!!”.
